Delete Your Account

You can delete your Trolly account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Trolly and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.
Option 2: By email
Email hello@nextwave.nz from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Trolly account". We will verify your request and delete your data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your saved shopping lists and in-app preferences.
Some records may be retained for a limited time where required by law, after which they are permanently deleted. Anonymous, non-identifying usage data is not linked to you.
