These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trolly app and website (the "Service"), operated by NextWave. By using Trolly, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Trolly helps you compare grocery prices across New Zealand supermarkets. Prices are gathered from publicly available sources and shown for general comparison only.
2. No price guarantee
We work to keep prices accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are always correct or current. Prices, availability, and specials change frequently and may differ in-store. Always confirm the actual price with the retailer before purchasing. Trolly is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown.
3. Not affiliated with retailers
Trolly is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supermarket or retailer named in the app. All trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, copy, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its API.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
6. Intellectual property
The Trolly name, app, and original content are owned by NextWave and protected by law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextWave is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
